Job summary

The Nursery is seeking an experienced Room Leader in Early Years to join a purpose-built setting that emphasises language and communication, helping children to express themselves, build their vocabulary and grow confidence in social interaction.

This full-time role offers up to £36,000 per year, with 4 or 5 days per week. You will lead strong Early Years practice, bring energy and fresh ideas, and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences across age-specific rooms.

Room Leader – Early Years

Up to £36,000 per year | Full Time | 4 or 5 Days per Week

This purpose-built Early Years setting has been thoughtfully designed to provide high-quality childcare, with age-specific rooms that support children through each stage of their development. The nursery places a particular emphasis on language and communication, creating everyday opportunities for children to express themselves, build their vocabulary and develop confidence in communicating with others.

Outside, children have access to a large garden with plenty of green space, extending learning beyond the nursery rooms and providing opportunities for active play, exploration and discovery.

We're looking for an experienced Room Leader who can bring energy, ideas and strong Early Years practice to this exciting new setting.
