Job summary

Level 3 Room Leader

£30,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week | 2–3 Year Olds

Two to three is an exciting stage of Early Years – language is developing, independence is growing and personalities are really beginning to shine through.

We’re looking for an experienced Room Leader to take the lead within a 2–3-year-old room, creating a warm and engaging environment where children can explore, build confidence and develop at their own pace. You’ll understand the needs of this age group and know how to balance growing independence with the reassurance, consistency and care young children still need.

Alongside being hands‑on with the children, you’ll support and guide your room team, ensuring everyone works together to provide consistently high-quality Early Years experiences.
