Room Leader – Early Years

Up to £32,000 per year

This purpose-built nursery has been thoughtfully designed for babies, toddlers and pre-school children, with bright, light and spacious rooms tailored to each stage of development. Each room has direct access to its own outdoor space, making it easy for children to move between indoor and outdoor play while building their confidence, curiosity and physical skills.

As Room Leader, you’ll take the lead within your room, combining hands‑on Early Years practice with the responsibility of supporting your team and creating consistently engaging experiences for the children in your care.
