Trades Workforce Solutions is partnering with a Good Ofsted-rated nursery in Reading to recruit a Room Leader at Level 3, with a salary of up to £34,200 and a 42.5-hour week. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver high-quality early years experiences in a warm, supportive environment.

You will guide practice, ensure children feel secure to explore, and develop leadership within the room while maintaining exceptional standards of care and education.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (as a Room Leader) or equivalent supervisory early years experience.

As a Level 3 Room Leader, you'll take the lead in making these experiences meaningful. You'll create an environment where children feel secure enough to be curious, confident enough to try new things, and supported to develop at their own pace.

Alongside leading the day-to-day running of your room, you'll guide and motivate your team, sharing ideas and encouraging high-quality practice.
