WillingCare Nursery in Salisbury is seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join as Room Leader. You’ll own your room, support your team, and help each child feel confident enough to explore and be themselves.

Set in a countryside location surrounded by green spaces, the nursery offers age-specific rooms designed to support development. As Room Leader, you’ll lead by example, maintain high standards of care and education, and nurture curiosity and independence through meaningful play.

Room Leader

£29,600 per year | 40 Hours per Week

Set in a beautiful countryside location surrounded by green spaces, this welcoming nursery is looking for an experienced Early Years professional to join as Room Leader.

The nursery features age-specific rooms, thoughtfully arranged to support children through each stage of their development. Curiosity and creativity are encouraged throughout the setting, with children given opportunities to investigate, experiment, make choices and develop their independence through meaningful play.

As Room Leader, you'll take ownership of your room while remaining actively involved with the children, leading your team by example and ensuring consistently high standards of care and education.
