Job summary

The Room Leader - Level 3 role is to take lead of a nursery room caring for children from 3 months to 5 years, ensuring high standards of care and development.

We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Early Years practitioner who can inspire a friendly team, deliver engaging activities, and support children to grow securely and confidently across a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an eligible Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience leading a room for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Ability to plan engaging activities and support learning through play.

Responsibilities

Room Leader - Level 3

Up to £29,400 per year | 40-42 Hours per Week

We're looking for an experienced Level 3 Early Years professional to take the lead of a room within a friendly and established nursery caring for children from 3 months to 5 years.

The setting takes a nurturing approach to Early Years education, giving children plenty of opportunities to play, investigate, create and develop at their own pace. Activities and everyday experiences are thoughtfully planned to build confidence and independence while supporting children's social, emotional, physical and educational development.
