Willing Care Recruitment Limited is supporting a bright, Outstanding by CQC nursery in London to recruit a Nursery Room Leader. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, deliver high-quality care and education, and help children thrive.

You will plan and implement activities in line with the EYFS, mentor practitioners, monitor progress, maintain a safe and stimulating environment, and build strong relationships with parents.

• Lead and manage a specific nursery room, ensuring quality care and education for your group.
• Support and mentor your team of early years practitioners, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing observations and feedback to support development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring environment both indoors and outdoors.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, safety, and quality standards.
