Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a confident Nursery Room Leader for a well-established, inclusive early years service in Guildford. You will manage the day-to-day running of one nursery room, inspire and guide a small team, and ensure high standards of care and education.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of one of the nursery rooms, ensuring a high standard of care and education for the children in your care. • Promote positive relationships with children and their families, offering regular updates and building trust.

• Model best practice and provide day-to-day support, guidance, and supervision to team members.
• Ensure that safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
