Job summary

Bright Horizons Southampton Nursling Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking a Room Leader to join our team in Southampton. You will lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated staff team to deliver high‑quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS, focusing on each child’s milestones and welfare.

You should hold a full Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification and have experience in an Early Years setting.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or similar.
• Strong EYFS understanding and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
