Job summary

Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool is recruiting a Level 3 Room Leader in Chineham. You will lead, mentor and support a team to deliver exceptional care and education, while prioritising child welfare and safeguarding.

Applicants should hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification with strong EYFS knowledge and experience in a nursery setting; safeguarding awareness is essential. A values-driven, inclusive environment supports professional development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or similar.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child protection.
