Job summary

Bright Horizons Southborough Springfield Road nursery in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Room Leader to lead the baby room, mentor a small team and deliver exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 3 years.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, possess EYFS knowledge, safeguarding understanding, and a passion for inclusive learning. The role offers flexible shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or similar
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents
