Job summary

Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery is seeking a Room Leader to lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated team in delivering exceptional care and education for children in the room.

You will promote child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding and maintain strong partnerships with parents and professionals to support each child’s milestones and development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience in an Early Years setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Solid safeguarding knowledge and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety and safeguarding within the room.
• Maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
