Job summary

Bright Horizons Winchester Day Nursery is seeking a Room Leader in Winchester to lead and motivate the room team, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with EYFS. You will mentor staff, maintain safeguarding, and foster strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, have prior EYFS leadership experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience as Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar in EYFS.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare.
