Job summary

Bright Horizons Bracknell nursery is seeking a Room Leader to guide and mentor a team, delivering exceptional care and education for every child in the room. You will ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and build strong partnerships with parents and professionals to meet individual milestones.

The role requires a full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, and experience leading in an Early Years setting. Apply today to join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Early Years setting – ideally as Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection and wider legislative requirements for working with children.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
