Job summary

Bright Horizons Weybridge is seeking a Room Leader to lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education for infants, toddlers and preschoolers in Weybridge.

You will promote child welfare, health and safety, and build strong partnerships with colleagues and parents to meet each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Experience as Room Leader/Nursery Nurse or similar
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents
• Effective communication with children and adults

Responsibilities
