Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool is looking for a Room Leader to lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education, helping each child in the room reach their milestones while upholding health, safety and safeguarding standards.

The role requires a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and the ability to build trusting partnerships with colleagues and parents.

• As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, and support a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• You must have strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding experience.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, parents and external professionals.
