Edwardian Hotels London is seeking a Room Attendant for The Edwardian Manchester Hotel to join our Housekeeping team. This role offers training, quick progression, and a flexible schedule on a zero hours contract basis.

You will ensure rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and delivered with warmth and guest focus. Candidates should have prior housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is required ideally within a 5-star hotel operation. Training will however be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Is able to communicate with a basic command of English as a minimum.
• Has a positive attitude and approach to work.
• Understands the importance of teamwork and working together with others.

• As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
• You will work as a team, supporting your colleagues where necessary. This may include performing some ad hoc Housekeeping duties.
• You will greet every guest you meet with warmth helping with their needs where you can otherwise directing them to someone else who can assist.
• You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards which are to exceed guest expectations at all times.

We are currently recruiting for a Room Attendant for our Edwardian Manchester Hotel. This role comes with forward career progression. This position is currently on a zero hours contract basis.
