Job summary

Edwardian Hotels London is seeking a Night House Steward to join our housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel. You will ensure the public areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard and support ad hoc housekeeping duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills required.
• Basic command of English language required.

We are currently recruiting for a Night House Steward to join our housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel, this role comes with forward career progression.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels as a Night House Steward.
• As a Night House Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the public areas of the hotel are cleaned.
• You will also assist with an ad hoc housekeeping duty as required.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel or similar environment.
• You must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Be able to communicate with a basic command of English language.
• Have a flexible and positive attitude at all times.
