Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting an Evening Room Attendant for the 5 Star May Fair Hotel. This part-time role offers training and fast-track progression within housekeeping.

You will clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, welcome guests warmly, assist with turn-down service, and work with a team to ensure guest satisfaction in line with our values of integrity, ambition and quality.

We are currently recruiting for an Evening Room Attendant to join our 5 Star May Fair Hotel. This role is available for 25 hours per week.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel as an Evening Room Attendant. This role comes with excellent training and fast track career progression.

Responsibilities:

• As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring your designated rooms are cleaned and services to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
• You will work as a team, supporting your colleagues where necessary. This may include performing some ad hoc Housekeeping duties.
• You will greet every guest you meet with warmth helping with their needs where you can otherwise directing them to someone else who can assist.
• You will ensure that the turn down service provided is to a high standard.
• You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards which are to exceed guest expectations at all times.

About You:

• Previous housekeeping experience is required ideally within a 5-star hotel operation. Training will however be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

• Is able to communicate with a basic command of English as a minimum.
• Has a positive attitude and approach to work.
• Understands the importance of teamwork and working together with others.
