We are currently recruiting for a Room Attendant for our Edwardian Manchester Hotel. This role comes with forward career progression.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel. This role comes with excellent training and fast track career progression.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
• Work as a team, supporting your colleagues where necessary and performing some ad hoc Housekeeping duties.
• Greet every guest you meet with warmth, helping with their needs where possible or directing them appropriately.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You

• Previous housekeeping experience is required, ideally within a 5‑star hotel operation. Training will however be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Is able to communicate with a basic command of English as a minimum.
• Has a positive attitude and approach to work.
• Understands the importance of teamwork and working together with others.
