Job summary

Crerar Hotels is hiring a Room Attendant across our Scottish hotels. You will maintain high cleanliness standards, prepare guest rooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry and linen, and replenish supplies. Flexibility across days and a keen eye for detail and guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a housekeeper in a hotel
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliability, excellent personal presentation and passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexibly across various days of the week

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms
• Assist with laundry and linen distribution
• Replenish guest supplies
• Report lost property or damaged items to Head Housekeeper
• Keep housekeeping cupboards well-stocked
• Clean corridor areas within assigned section
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Complete other duties as requested by Head Housekeeper

Additionally, you will report any lost property or damaged items to the Head Housekeeper and ensure housekeeping cupboards are well-stocked. In your role, you'll also clean corridor areas within your assigned section, follow all health and safety guidelines, and complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper. A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this dynamic role.
