Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotels in Scotland and the Lake District. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences, manage enquiries, answer calls, and support bookings with our CRM and booking systems.

The role emphasizes upselling hotel amenities and maintaining a professional appearance, with responsibilities spanning front desk tasks, cash handling, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

With a quick learning ability and confidence in upselling the hotel’s amenities, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.
