Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily operations across our Scotland and Lake District properties. You will oversee guest room cleaning, public areas, and ensure compliance with our brand standards, delivering memorable experiences for guests.

You will supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, conduct inspections, manage supplies, and strive for a positive working environment while maintaining exceptional cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping supervisory role or leadership position.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, schedules and stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations to high standards.
• Supervise, support and train the housekeeping team.
