Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our Scotland and Lake District locations. You will manage guest room cleaning, supervise the housekeeping team, and ensure we consistently meet Crerar Hotels’ high standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will inspect spaces, manage supplies, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment with opportunities for development within our growing portfolio of hotels.

Qualifications

• Responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations and maintaining brand standards.
• Train, support and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and manage supplies to promote a clean, welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest room cleaning to high standards and supervise public areas.
• Lead and mentor the housekeeping team to achieve targets and maintain consistency.
• Monitor quality checks, inventory and reporting to ensure smooth daily operations.
