Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead and motivate the housekeeping team across our hotels in Scotland and the Lake District. You will set high cleanliness standards, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure guest rooms and public areas are presented to the pinnacle of care.

You will manage budgets, drive productivity, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong communications with the hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team across Crerar Hotels' properties, ensuring consistent cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, manage within budget, and drive productivity improvements.
