Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a friendly Waiter/ess for the Churchill Bar, offering flexible hours. You will warmly welcome guests, maintain expert knowledge of menus and promotions, and communicate recommendations to guests, while upholding Hyatt's high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in premium hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver memorable experiences.

Responsabilités

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
• Stay knowledgeable about all menu items, including daily specials and promotions, to communicate effectively with guests.
• Have excellent product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to guests
• Follow departmental standard operating procedures to maintain high service standards.
• Controlling and analysing quality levels service, guest satisfaction, sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene
• Deliver the outlet concept, ensuring every aspect of the operation stays true to this concept as advised by the manager

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
