Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell | Luxury Wellness Retreat is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will help maintain pristine guest rooms and suites to our five-star standards, delivering a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.

The role supports full-time, part-time and zero-hour contracts with shifts across daytime and evenings. A competitive hourly rate of £12.71 applies, with typical 1–5 days per week and up to 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Positive, reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Friendly, professional approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms and suites to five-star standards.
• Replenish towels, linen, toiletries and guest amenities.
• Ensure all areas are clean, tidy and beautifully presented.
• Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and security procedures.
• Respect guest privacy and provide discreet, professional service.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest

As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and suites are beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and maintained to our five-star standards. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you will help create a welcoming and comfortable environment where our guests can truly relax

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms and suites to our five-star standards
• Replenishing towels, linen, toiletries and guest amenities
• Ensuring all assigned areas are clean, tidy and beautifully presented
• Reporting maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
• Following health, safety, hygiene and security procedures
• Respecting guest privacy and delivering friendly, discreet and professional service
• Working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for our guests
