Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell, Luxury Wellness Retreat, is seeking a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will ensure guest rooms and suites are presented to five-star standards, with attention to detail and a welcoming, discreet service.

We welcome applicants with or without prior housekeeping experience. The role offers full-time, part-time, and zero-hours contracts, with shifts spanning daytime and evening to support guest comfort.

• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable

Mansioni

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms and suites to five-star standards
• Replenishing towels, linen, toiletries and guest amenities

• Reporting maintenance issues and guest requests promptly

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest

As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and suites are beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and maintained to our five-star standards. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you will help create a welcoming and comfortable environment where our guests can truly relax

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms and suites to our five-star standards
• Replenishing towels, linen, toiletries and guest amenities
• Ensuring all assigned areas are clean, tidy and beautifully presented
• Reporting maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
• Following health, safety, hygiene and security procedures

Additional Information

• Full-time, part-time & Zero hour positions available
• £12.71 per hour
• Typically, 1-5 days per week
• Shifts covering daytime and evening
• Hours can range from 0 to 37.5 hours per week
