Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and deliver a five-star guest experience. You will ensure guest rooms and suites are beautifully presented, spotless, and maintained to high standards with a friendly, discreet service.

The role offers flexible full-time, part-time, and zero-hours arrangements at £12.71 per hour in the United Kingdom. Typical shifts cover day and evening hours, 1–5 days per week, with weekend and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong teamplayer with reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms and suites to five-star standards.
• Replenish towels, linen, toiletries and guest amenities.
• Ensure areas remain clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
• Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and security procedures.
• Respect guest privacy and provide friendly, discreet service.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to prepare rooms for guests.

About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest

As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and suites are beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and maintained to our five-star standards. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you will help create a welcoming and comfortable environment where our guests can truly relax

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms and suites to our five-star standards
• Replenishing towels, linen, toiletries and guest amenities
• Ensuring all assigned areas are clean, tidy and beautifully presented
• Reporting maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
• Following health, safety, hygiene and security procedures
• Respecting guest privacy and delivering friendly, discreet and professional service
• Working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for our guests

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A friendly, professional approach and a willingness to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
