Job summary

Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell, a luxury wellness retreat near Stratford-upon-Avon, invites applications for a Public Area Cleaner. Full-time and part-time roles with shifts across 2–5 days, weekends and holidays, offering £12.71 per hour and training provided.

You’ll maintain immaculate public spaces across the hotel and spa, replenish supplies, and follow COSHH and safety procedures, contributing to a welcoming, high-standard guest experience.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and pride in your work.

• Reliable, hardworking and flexible approach; able to work independently or in a team.
• Friendly and professional manner when interacting with guests.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in hotel and spa public areas.
• Clean lounges, corridors, toilets, changing rooms and guest facilities.
• Replenish toiletries, towels and guest supplies.
• Carry out regular cleaning checks to keep facilities spotless.
• Keep cleaning equipment and storage areas tidy and safe.

Are you someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and has a keen eye for detail?

We're looking for a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Public Area Cleaner to join our Housekeeping Team and help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect

You'll play an important role in ensuring our hotel and spa are always looking their best, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout our hotel and spa public areas
• Cleaning lounges, corridors, toilets, changing rooms and other guest facilities
• Replenishing toiletries, towels and essential guest supplies
• Carrying out regular cleaning checks to ensure our facilities remain spotless
• Keeping cleaning equipment and storage areas clean, tidy and safe
• Following health, safety and hygiene procedures, including COSHH guidelines
• Working closely with the Housekeeping Team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
