Job summary

Crimson Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic Room Attendant for Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5. You will help create a seamless guest experience by maintaining spotless bedrooms and public areas while delivering friendly, attentive service.

No prior experience required beyond a can-do attitude; previous hotel housekeeping is a plus. You must be physically fit, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts. Join a team that values inclusivity, learning, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping role (not essential but helpful).
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Customer service mindset with guest focus.
• Reliable, flexible and proactive team player.

As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5 which is a 300-room hotel- perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.

What your day will look like?

The key duties will include cleaning guest bedrooms within the required time frames and undertak regular deep cleaning tasks

What You'll bring?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Room Attendant who is passionate about delivering quality service and who will truly listen to out guests to anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction. As well as having previous experience in a similar role, you’ll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language, physically fit and well presented.
