Job summary

Crimson Hotels Group is seeking a dependable Linen Porter to join Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5. You will work with housekeeping to ensure clean linen, towels and guest supplies are available across the hotel, supporting smooth daily operations.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; you should be comfortable on your feet, able to handle deliveries, and keep linen areas tidy.

As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5 which is a 300-room hotel- perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.

What your day will look like?

Working closely with the housekeeping team, you' will ensure that clean linen, towels and guest supplies are always available across the hotel. Your day will include sorting, counting and distributing linen, managing deliveries and collections, and keeping the linen room organised and tidy. You'll also support the team by promptly removing used linen and ensuring all areas are stocked and ready for service, helping the department run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll bring?

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Linen Porter who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. You'll bring a positive attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to support your collegues to keep operations running seamlessly. You'll be comfortable working on your feet, handling deliveries, and keeping the linen areas neat and efficient. While previous experience in a similar role is helpful, full training will be provided.
