Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is seeking friendly Room Attendants to clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring comfort and a positive guest experience in a five-star setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds and replacing linens.
• Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels, beverages, and stationery.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all room surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the shift timeframe.
• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, maintaining excellent customer service.

About Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located next to Blackfriars Station in the heart of the City of London, within walking distance of St Paul's Cathedral, Tate Modern and the South Bank. This Grade II listed five-star hotel stands on the historic site of King Henry VIII's Bridewell Palace and features 205 stylish guestrooms and suites along with versatile meeting and event spaces. Duties and responsibilities of the Room Attendant role

• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds and replacing linens.
• Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels, beverages, and stationery.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all room surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the shift timeframe.
• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, maintaining excellent customer service.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, organized condition.
