Job summary

The Reserve, set in the grounds of Chester Zoo, is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure guest lodges are cleaned, maintained, and presented to luxury standards. You will work as part of a team to deliver a seamless, welcoming stay for guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, replenishing amenities, and supporting turndown service, while adhering to health and safety protocols and eco-friendly practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest lodges to luxury standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor terraces.
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens as per The Reserve's guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or missing items to your supervisor promptly.
• Respect guest privacy and ensure all interactions are warm, professional, and discreet.
• Support evening turndown service as and when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping trolleys, storage rooms, and equipment.
• Follow all health & safety, COSHH, and cleaning protocols diligently.
• Work closely with Guest Services and other departments to meet guest requests and special requirements.
• Support sustainability and eco-friendly practices in daily tasks.
