Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Inverness seeks a Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping department and help create memorable moments for guests. You will assist the Head Housekeeper and ensure bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and presentable, with emphasis on guest comfort and hotel standards.

We offer flexible working conditions with overtime and full training to build confidence in delivering high-quality cleaning and service across the hotel estate in the UK and Europe.

Job description

The Room Attendant will support the smooth running and objectives of the Housekeeping department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

As a Room Attendant, you'll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you'll be doing to support the Head Housekeeper and keep our hotel clean as a whistle. We offer flexible working conditions with the opportunity for overtime. Full training will be provided so that you are confident to ensure that every bedroom and bathroom is clean and well-presented for our guests.

• Refreshing of all towels and linen as required
• Stripping and making beds
• Reporting any maintenance issues and safety hazards
