Job summary

SIG plc, the UK’s leading roofing merchant, is hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations with a strong focus on sales performance and customer service. You will motivate your team, embrace change, and drive profitability while building lasting customer relationships across roofing products and services.

You’ll bring proven branch leadership, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work toward targets. A Counterbalance FLT is a bonus; training can be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous branch management experience preferably within the construction industry.
• Great interpersonal skills, tenacious and level-headed with the ability to manage a varied team.
• To be profit driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop your career within SIG.
• Experience of all aspects of a branch including sales and customer service, CRM system, people management, operations, pricing and stock control.

Responsibilities

• As the Branch Manager, you will manage the day to day running of the branch with a focus on sales performance and customer service.
• Lead by example, motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and meet targets.
• Develop relationships with customers and exploit business opportunities to drive profit.
