SIG Roofing is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help run a busy branch across the UK. You will support the Branch Manager, drive customer service excellence and lead a motivated team in daily operations.

Key duties include achieving sales targets, maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring safe operations, and delivering reliable service to customers and tradespeople. Training and development are available within our extensive Academies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or customer service in construction/building materials preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver service and performance.
• Strong communication and IT skills, with confidence using MS Office applications.

• Deliver sales and margin targets across the branch.
