Job summary

SIG Roofing in the UK is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and helping the branch meet its sales targets.

You will work with the Branch Manager and team to deliver excellent service, manage accounts, and promote our full range of products both over the phone and face-to-face, with opportunities to develop through our Sales Academy and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Good IT and numeracy skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers on the phone, via email, and at the trade counter.
• Accurately processing orders and providing clear, competitive quotes.
• Maximising every sales opportunity, including up-selling and cross-selling.
• Proactively contacting lapsed or prospective customers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborating with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Actively contributing to a safe, positive working environment.
