Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will handle day-to-day response maintenance and carry out minor roofing repairs on our properties, ensuring quality and safety.

The role covers general building/roofing maintenance, gutters and fascias, minor groundworks, and brickwork as needed, with flexibility for additional tasks within your skill set. Time served/NVQ in a trade and a full driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Time Served/NVQ qualification in a trade.
• Full tool set.
• Full driving licence.
