Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Roofer Multi to perform domestic property maintenance response repairs. The role involves day-to-day repair work, minor roofing tasks, and broader building maintenance including gutters, fascias, and small groundworks, with flexibility for other duties within skill set.

The ideal candidate will be NVQ qualified or time served, possess a full tool set and a valid driving licence, and comply with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs.
• Carry out minor roofing repairs to our properties.
• Delivery of General Building / Roofing maintenance repairs / gutters / fascias / minor groundworks / minor brickwork.
• Capable of additional types of work within your skill set.
• Ensure quality carpentry work and comply with health and safety policies and legislation.
