Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Roofer to service properties in Dorking and the surrounding areas. The role requires carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across all related trades, delivering high‑quality workmanship on time.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only. Basic Disclosure clearance is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable and you must reside in England or

• Experienced roofer with multi-trade skills.
• Excellent customer care.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.
• Post subject to Basic Criminal Record Check.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Dorking

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Roofer who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Dorking and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
