Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a multi-skilled roofer for domestic property maintenance response repairs. You will undertake day-to-day response maintenance, perform minor roofing repairs and handle general building tasks across our properties.

Applicants should have time served or NVQ in a trade, own tool set, and a full driving licence; the role requires compliance with health and safety policies and willingness to carry out additional related work as needed.

• Time served or NVQ in a trade.
• Full tool kit and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs.
• Carry out minor roofing repairs to our properties.
• Deliver general building/roofing maintenance including gutters, fascias, minor groundworks and brickwork.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and current legislation.
• Capable of additional work within your skill set.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of General Building / Roofing maintenance repairs / gutters / fascias / minor groundworks / minor brickwork
• As well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set
• To achieve quality in carrying out carpentry work and that you comply with our health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
