Valoris Group is sourcing a reactive maintenance roofer to cover London projects within the M25. You will handle emergency and scheduled roofing tasks for private homeowners and portfolios, ensuring quality workmanship and client communication on every job.

The role requires robust roofing experience, own tools, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work Monday to Friday. Immediate start with supportive back-office and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing experience, preferably in maintenance or reactive repair.
• Experience working directly with private residential customers.
• Own tools and transport are essential.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• CSCS card and Public Liability Insurance are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend emergency and scheduled reactive roofing jobs.
• Identify and repair leaks, tile damage, flat/pitched roof issues, guttering and leadwork.
• Deliver clear updates and professional service to private clients and residents.
• Complete basic reporting via mobile or job management system.
• Follow health and safety procedures on all jobs.
