Job summary

Vanrath in Belfast is seeking a skilled roofer to join a dynamic housing sector maintenance team. The role covers roofing repairs, responsive maintenance and project work in a Belfast-based operation, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will work with colleagues and clients to minimise disruption, keep accurate records on mobile tools, and mentor apprentices as part of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a roofer, preferably in maintenance or housing sectors.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience working independently and in teams.
• Strong communication and customer-focused attitude.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance to high standards.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to minimise disruption.
