You will work with our solar crews to ensure roofs are safe, weatherproof and installation-ready while maintaining high workmanship standards.

This role suits someone with strong roofing experience who values teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

Must have previous roofing experience.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
Competent with hand and power tools.
Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Carry out roofing work for domestic, commercial and agricultural solar PV installations.
Prepare roofs for solar panel installations.
Install roof mounting systems safely and correctly.
Ensure all roof penetrations are properly sealed and weatherproof.
Carry out roof inspections before installation.
Work closely with the electrical installation team on site.
Complete all work to a high standard and in line with company procedures.
Follow all health and safety regulations at all times.
Keep work areas clean, safe and organised.
Represent Premier Electrical Group professionally when working on customer sites.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring roofs are safe, weatherproof and installation ready while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.Working alongside our solar installation teams, you will be responsible for carrying out roofing works on domestic, commercial and agricultural properties across Northern Ireland.
