VanRath Search & Selection in Belfast, Northern Ireland is seeking a skilled Roofer to join a dynamic maintenance-focused team. You will carry out roofing repairs, respond to maintenance needs, and support project work to high standards.

The role offers an hourly rate around GBP17.54, with continued training opportunities and a collaborative work environment. Candidates should have proven roofing experience, strong health & safety knowledge, and customer-focused communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a roofer, preferably within maintenance or housing sectors.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work efficiently alone or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Carry out roofing repairs, response maintenance, and project work efficiently to high standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external clients to minimise disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out using mobile tools.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and policies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, including mentoring apprentices.
