18 Rec is seeking an experienced Roofer to join a stable contractor delivering social housing maintenance services in Liverpool. You will work across occupied properties, performing repairs and maintenance to keep homes safe and weatherproof.

This permanent, full-time role includes a company van and fuel card, with a competitive salary dependent on experience. A full UK driving licence and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a roofer.
• Experience within social housing (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Role:

Working across occupied social housing properties, you will carry out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring homes remain safe, secure, and weatherproof.
