Job summary

Catering in Peterborough is seeking a Customer Service Advisor – Romanian speaking for an IT consultancy. The role is fully onsite with £15.84 PAYE hourly rate and a 3–6 month contract. Romanian language skills are essential and full training is provided.

You will support customers, follow policies, aim for first-contact resolution, handle incidents with care, and help improve processes in a data-driven environment. A proactive, collaborative attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent Romanian required to communicate with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers and keep them informed.

• Record, investigate and resolve customer complaints for first-time resolution.
• Report any policy or process breaches promptly.
• Use tools and platforms to maintain effective communication with customers.
• Identify issues and deliver timely, appropriate resolutions.
• Practice active listening to fully understand customer needs and manage incidents to completion.
