NRG in Newcastle City Centre is seeking a Romanian and English Speaking First Response Advisor to join our busy client care team. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, handling enquiries in English and Romanian with professionalism and discretion.

The role focuses on capturing accurate client information, managing inquiries efficiently, and coordinating with the legal team to ensure a smooth client journey while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Romanian are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in administrative, call-handling or customer service roles is desirable.

Responsibilities
