Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited in Peterborough is seeking a highly organised Service Desk Controller for a full-time permanent role. You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, on a rota between 7:30 am and 5 pm with the flexibility to work from home one day per week after probation.

You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, schedule engineers, coordinate service calls and parts orders, raise invoices and keep service records up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, engineer scheduling or workshop planning.
• Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
• Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.

Our Peterborough based client is looking for a highly organised Service Desk Controller to join them on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday working 40 hours per week, between the hours of 7:30 am – 5 pm on a rota basis.
